For tattoo artists & shops
Tattoo studio software for the whole piece.
Review custom requests before asking for a deposit. Keep flash and walk-ins welcome, including a walk-in-only Friday the 13th. REV23 keeps the whole piece together through every sitting.

Your time goes to work you’ve accepted.
Let a client send the piece they have in mind, then decide whether it belongs in your books. References, placement, size and budget give you something to respond to before you promise a sitting. Your estimate and session plan stay with that request.
Consultations give you room to work through a piece before offering a sitting. A private booking invitation offers the times you approve and the deposit for that artist and service. You decide how a request becomes booked work.
One tattoo, even when it takes months.
A back piece can mean linework, shading and color on different dates. You need the history of the piece when they return: what you did, what you used and where you planned to take it next. REV23 keeps those sittings in the same tattoo project.
- Progress photos, references and notes belong with the piece.
- Each sitting keeps its own release, supply records and payment.

The tattoo has a supply history, too.
The color, formula and lot you used last time are useful when you pick the piece back up. Record ink and needle lots with the sitting. Your own bottles keep their printed expiration and opening dates, so the details go beyond a color name.
The release belongs there, too. Clients can sign your tattoo consent on their phone or the studio kiosk. You get their signed form and the answers you chose to review before the session.

Your deposit and the studio’s money are different things.
Cash you collected yourself and a card deposit in the studio account both secure the work. They don’t put the money in the same hands. REV23 records who holds the deposit, so you can see what is still available without treating it all as studio cash.
For a long piece, keep the deposit through earlier sittings and apply all or part when you choose. The final session doesn’t have to start with an argument about what was paid months ago.
Artist-held & studio-held depositsYour cut follows the work you did.
Tattoo POS brings the completed service into the sale, with the deposit you’re applying and any retail or tips. Your commission comes from the agreed service rate, with cash payouts and pay periods when your shop needs them.
Your earnings and studio revenue tell different stories.
Artist earnings, studio revenue and outstanding deposits answer different questions. See each in its own report, alongside the service demand and returning clients behind your books.
Earnings, deposits & studio reportsYour aftercare, between your sittings.
Your clients get the instructions you stand behind. Care Journeys can use your own tattoo aftercare, with a care page and emails on the schedule you choose. Different artists can send their own routines.
When the piece needs another sitting, prompt the client to book the return you have in mind. Their existing tattoo history is ready for the next session, including the photographs and inks from the work so far.
