Schedules establish the normal week
Consult-only days belong on the calendar, not in everyone's memory.
REV23 does not treat every open hour as interchangeable. A schedule can say which services and consultations belong in a window before the public calendar offers it.

Booking Rules
Your boundaries still apply online.
Friday the 13th stays walk-in only. Infant and toddler lobe piercings stay inside Tuesday's 10 AM–noon window. Repeat no-shows and clients flagged for inappropriate behavior cannot book themselves right back in.

Different work, different path
A tattoo, a piercing, and a PMU service are not the same appointment.
The public menu, appointment length, pricing, deposit, approval, paperwork, and next visit can change by service and by artist.
Tattoo
Quote it, set a rate, or keep the minimum.
Quote each session or use fixed, hourly, or duration-based pricing. An hourly setup can carry its own minimum billable time.
Piercing
The piercing fee stays separate from the jewelry.
Checkout can keep the piercing fee distinct from the exact posts, ends, gems, or other jewelry selected at the chair.
PMU
The perfecting visit belongs with the original procedure.
Set a fixed price and required deposit, then keep an included perfecting visit in the same service history after it heals.
Deposits
A deposit should keep making sense after it is paid.
REV23 keeps the deposit with the client, appointment, artist, and policy they accepted. It can secure an approved opening, stay available through a multi-session project, or wait for a decision when plans change.
Set the amount where the service is defined
Each artist can set their own deposit, and a private invitation can change or waive it.
Ask for the deposit after you approve the request
Nobody is asked to pay for a request you have not accepted. Approval sends the payment link and holds the opening.
Record who actually has the money
A cash deposit the artist pocketed and a card deposit in the studio account both stay visible until they are settled.

Final session

Customer notifications
One prevented no-show pays for REV23.
A request lands. A deposit comes due. The booking is approved. The appointment is tomorrow. Each of those sends itself, by text or email or both, in whatever words you choose.
- Reminders go out at the times you pick, from an hour to a week ahead.
- Reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows send too, so the awkward ones are not yours to write.
- Texting is included. There is no separate texting service to set up or pay for.
Sign your form
The signing link goes out before the appointment.
Switch it on and the signing link goes out a couple of hours ahead, already opened to the right forms for what they booked.
Walk in with it already signed and the front desk has nothing to collect.

Turn an Idea or consultation into a private booking invitation, or make one from your calendar when a friend needs to find time with you. The client sees only the openings you meant for them.
- The invitation carries the client, artist, service, length, and deposit already agreed.
- Send it by text or email, or drop the link into the conversation you are already having.
- The client picks a time, pays the deposit, and the link closes behind them.
