Can clients book removal directly, including short appointments?
Yes. You can offer direct removal booking without manual approval, or begin with a consultation. Appointment lengths and setup/cleanup buffers can vary by service and practitioner. If you require a deposit, confirmation also follows your payment and approval settings.
Does REV23 include clinical laser records or device integration?
REV23 handles booking, session history, forms, care messages and the business around your removal work. Session photos and notes are general attachments and notes. Dedicated laser-parameter fields, device integration, automated photo comparison, contraindication screening and treatment planning are not included.
How are removal preparation and aftercare emails timed?
With Care Journeys enabled and a plan assigned, preparation emails use the confirmed appointment as their anchor; messages whose scheduled time has already passed are skipped. Aftercare emails use the start of aftercare. Completing the session can start aftercare; automatic start behavior also depends on the booking and plan settings. You review your own instructions and choose the schedule.
Does a rebooking prompt decide when a client is ready for treatment?
No. The prompt is an invitation to contact you or book the next visit at the time you choose. It does not assess healing, clinical suitability or a safe treatment interval. Those decisions remain with the practitioner.
