For body piercing professionals

Piercing studio software that knows what you installed.

You chose the post, the end, and the price. REV23 carries that exact install from your piercing record into point of sale, with the service fee and your jewelry commission accounted for.

Keep walk-ins open without opening every piercing to self-booking.

You can welcome walk-ins and still reserve appointment windows for particular services. A piercing can stay walk-in only, take a public booking, or start with your approval. Your appointment book should fit the way you work, including the services you want to discuss before offering a time.

Deposits can differ by service and piercer. You do not have to give a quick jewelry visit and a booked piercing the same conditions just because both use your calendar.

Your piercing release adapts for minors.

Adults and minors can use the same form. Guardian details and co-signing appear only when needed, with the age requirements you set. A guardian can co-sign remotely when you allow it.

Before you pierce, see the client’s ID, guardian ID and required signatures, with signer names and signing times. Missing IDs or signatures are called out, alongside the answers you’ve chosen to review.

A titanium flat back is only the start of the description.

You chose a particular gauge, length, and threading. The end has its own finish; the gems have their own cut, setting, and size. Those choices deserve a better record than “jewelry.”

  • Posts keep gauge, length, material, and threading.
  • Ends and gems keep the details of the design, including multi-gem pieces.
  • Variants keep their own size, color, price, SKU, and barcode.

Familiar configurations come back as suggestions from recorded work. Your catalog can hold a design in several variants without flattening the pieces you actually install into one name or price.

Your piercing fee and jewelry do not have to pay the same rate.

Charge for the piercing and each installed piece, include basic jewelry with paid upgrades, or use your own jewelry tiers. The sale follows your pricing while the record keeps the exact install. Deposits, retail, and tips can join the sale without disguising what you earned from the piercing itself.

A service commission and a jewelry share can be different agreements. REV23 calculates them separately, with tips visible beside earnings. Cash payouts and pay periods have the same recorded sale behind them, so you have something concrete when the money needs a conversation.

Know which piercing services are earning their place.

Compare demand by service and category, then look at piercer earnings and studio totals separately. Service commissions, jewelry shares, tips, and studio take deserve more than one combined sales total.

The next visit should not start with “what did we put in?”

The installed jewelry, placement, notes, photographs, and release belong to the original work. Recorded lot numbers and expiration dates stay with the jewelry and piercing supplies you used. When the client returns, you have your earlier choices in front of you instead of trying to reconstruct them from the sale alone.

Give the downsize its own invitation.

A downsize is a particular return visit. Care Journeys can send the prompt on the schedule you choose, with your original install ready to refer to when the client returns.

Your client’s care page names their service and piercer. The instructions and scheduled emails can follow that service and your approach, rather than giving every piercing the same guidance. You write and review the care; REV23 delivers it when you have planned.
