Payment Plans

To help get users our software in our current economy we now offer a payment plan on select products! Our average monthly payment is less than the cost of one tattoo per month! Besides that, our products will save you their cost per month & better, making them pay for themselves! All payment plans begin with one initial payment deposit, with the first monthly payment following 30-45 days after enrollment. Your card is billed automatically, so there are no bills to remember to pay!

Refunds

Software

Once the software has been activated on your computer, REV23 Development, LLC cannot offer refunds. We provide downloadable trials as well as free web-conference demonstrations to allow you to evaluate the software before purchasing.

Hardware

We provide a 30 day return policy on hardware, less a 15% re-stocking/testing fee. For hardware exchanges due to faulty hardware, there is no re-stocking/testing fee. If you need to return a piece of hardware please e-mail clientservices@rev23.com.
