Payment Plans
To help our users get Tattoo Management Studio in any budget, we now offer a
payment plan on select products! Our average monthly payment is less than the
cost of one tattoo per month! Besides that, our products will save you their
cost per month & better, making them pay for themselves! All payment plans begin
with one initial payment deposit, with the first monthly payment following 30-45
days after enrollment. Your card is billed automatically, so there are no bills
to remember to pay.
Competitive Upgrades
We offer competitive upgrades for eligible products. We just need to see your
proof of purchase (most recent receipt) from any one of our eligible competitors
and receive a discount. Payment Plans are not eligible for discount. To receive
the competitive upgrade discount you must call to place your order. Eligible
direct competitors include Modbase, Visual Tattoo Pro, InkBook (aka Salon Iris),
Envision Ink (aka Envision Salon & Spa) and Pro Ink (aka ProSolutions.)
Refunds
Software
Once the software has been activated on your computer, REV23 Development, LLC cannot
offer refunds. We provide downloadable trials as well as free personalized web-conference demonstrations
and videos
to allow you to evaluate the software before purchasing. You can't undo a tattoo
on a client, same concept here.
Hardware
We provide a 30 day return policy on hardware, less a
20% re-stocking/testing fee.
For hardware exchanges due to faulty hardware, there is no re-stocking/testing fee.
