In order for Tattoo Management Studio Appointment Book Edition to send appointment reminders via e-mail or text message, you must configure an SMTP Server. SMTP Servers are special servers used for sending mail only. You can get the information for your SMTP server from your mail provider.

 

To configure your SMTP server click the application menu in the top left hand corner of the program, and select "SMTP Setup."

 

 

 

This opens the SMTP Server configuration dialog.

 

 

Fill in the information as provided by your e-mail provider and click the "OK" button. You can click "Test" to send a test e-mail to yourself as well to ensure your settings are working properly.
