Adding Employees

Tattoo Management Studio Appointment Book Edition has a very basic employee management functionality. If you're looking for more, we recommend trying another product in our Tattoo Management Studio family.
 
To configure your employees click the application menu in the top left hand corner of the program, and select "Employees."
 
 
 
This opens the Employees Configuration dialog.
 
 
To add an employee click the "New" button.
 
 
 
This will create a new employee and assign them a randomly generated color for the calendar.
 
Type a name in the Name field. This is how their name will appear in Tattoo Management Studio Appointment Book Edition.
 
 
Click the "New" button for as many employees you need to add. To remove an employee, select the employee in the list, and click the Delete button.
 
 
When you're finished, click "OK."
 
Our newly created employees now show up on our scheduler.
 
 
If they do not. Make sure you're in the "Employee" or "Date" group type. To do this, click the "Group Type" button on the ribbon toolbar, and click "Employee" or "Date."
 
 
Now that we're in the Employee group type, we see the first appointment we created is showing up for everyone. This is incorrect as it is Dave who is actually doing the tattoo service.
 
Double click the appointment in the scheduler to open the Appointment Dialog.
 
 
Drop down the Employee box
 
 
Check "Dave" and click the "OK" button.
 
 
The appointment now shows up on Dave's calendar.
 
You can select as many employees as you'd like with that drop down box to make the appointment appear on their calendars as well, or you can select none, and the appointment will appear on everyone's calendar.
 
You can also click and hold the mouse button on the appointment, and drag it to another employees calendar to assign the appointment to them instead.
