Q: Does your software work on Mac?
A: Our software is designed specifically for Microsoft Windows. However, there are several low-cost solutions that will allow you to run Windows applications on your Mac (examples below.) Note that you still have to purchase a Windows license to run Windows in the virtualization software. So we just recommend picking up a cheap PC from any computer store.

Q: Can more than one computer in my studio use the same data?
A: Yes! You just need to buy an additional license (at a discounted price) for each additional computer you want to install the software on.

Q: I have multiple locations and want them to share the same data. Is this supported?
A: Yes! There are several options for allowing data sharing across all of your locations. We offer database hosting for a low monthly fee. For more information please contact sales@rev23.com.

Q: What do you really know about tattoos/tattoo studios?
A: Our software was designed and programmed by industry professionals. With over twenty years of professional tattooing experience, as well as past tattoo studio ownership.

Q: Do you offer on-site training/support?
A: Yes! Please see our Training page for more details.

Q: Are there free upgrades?
A: When you purchase you will receive free updates for one year. After that time, when we release a new major version (v2.0, v3.0, etc...) you may be required to pay a discounted upgrade fee if you'd like to have the new features. Otherwise you can continue to use the version you have.

Q: Do I need an internet connection?
A: For some features such as downloadable catalogs & credit card processing, yes. However the software works offline, too. An internet connection is also required 60 days after purchase to validate your license or every 30 days if you're on the payment plan.
